Our 3-bay modular buildings give you fast, flexible space built from our standard 20ft flat-pack modules. Perfect for offices, welfare units, or site accommodation, each unit is designed to UK standards, manufactured in our Yorkshire factory, and ready for rapid delivery.

You can buy outright, hire short-term, or expand over time — our modular system makes it simple.

• Snow load: 1.0 kN/m² (125 kg/m²) – EN1991-1-3 compliant.

• Wind load: 90 km/h (25 m/s), terrain category III.

  • For wind speeds above 90 km/h, additional anchoring/safety measures are required.
